Position Description
Rita’s Italian Ice is hiring positive, energetic, customer focused Treat Team members to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are great with customers and can provide and maintain high levels of friendly customer service. We will show our community of Mableton that excellent customer service is alive and well!

Job Responsibilities
· Serving products to our guests
· Provide customer engagement in a positive manner
· Working the cash registers
· Perform daily chore duties
· Maintain high standard of cleanliness and personal hygiene
· Accurately handle customer funds and process their orders and transactions using our Purchasing system
· Fulfill customer orders, special orders and preparation of large event orders.

Requirements:

· Minimum age of 14 years old. Candidates under 16 years old will need to maintain a valid worker’s permit issued by the state of Georgia.
· Must be available to work until closing
· Must be available on some weekends
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
